Puttur: Tipper-bike collision - Rider falls on road, comes under wheels of bus, dies

Puttur, Aug 30: In an accident that occurred on Monday August 29 at Kuppetti of the taluk, a youth, riding a bike died as his two wheeler was hit by a tipper.

The deceased is identified as Mohammed Safwan (18), son of Ibrahim, a resident of Khandiga Mane of Uligrama of Bantwal taluk.

Safwan dropped his father to his work place at Kuppetti and was rushing towards Punjalkatte as he received information that his relative youth met with an accident at Punjalkatte.

Safwan crashed onto the tipper truck and was thrown on the road and came under the wheels of a bus and died on the spot.

The tipper truck driver, who was responsible for the accident, escaped from the spot. Police confiscated the tipper at Beltangady.

Safwan was a student of ITI at Puttur. A case in this connection is registered by Puttur traffic police.

    In recent days a lot of accidents are happening with the use of tipper. It seems there is a conspiracy or hidden agenda in every accident to kill the youths of minority community. Administration should start the investigation.

    Your filthy mind can only sense minority majority even in these scenarios. Have you not seen so many youngsters from the Majority community dying daily due to road accidents in twin districts. If not please open all daijiworld news for past few months & see the truth. Really sickening
