I don't know why parents are sending 7 years old kid to school or madrasa lonely without elders. They are still small kids. They don't know properly when to cross the road when not to. They cannot judge the speed of vehicles. I hold parents responsible for the accident not a bike rider. If someone crosses the road suddenly a bike rider or driver of any vehicles can't do anything in seconds time.

real kujuma kodial ,I find without knowing who was the reson for acident dont blame anyone.Sad small child crossed the road.I know how it is.Parents too are responsible for sending the 7 years alone .They cant judge the speed ,road and vehicles .without looking at signals other people too are crossing roads.A child not at fault.May her soul rest in peace.May the God give family enough strenght to bear pain.
