Bantwal, May 13: The newly-renovated Our Lady of Fatima Church at Peruvai Muchirapadavu was inaugurated by bishop of Mangalore diocese Dr Aloysius Paul D'Souza here on Tuesday May 13.
Addressing the gathering, the bishop said, "The church does not belong to Catholics alone. It is constructed so that people of all religions may pray to God. When everybody prays for inspiration and peaceful coexistence, there will be peace, harmony and brotherhood."

However, as the locals started the work with trust in God, the help from like-minded people has come about making the project successful. The work done in the name of Jesus will reward us in the form of blessings and protect us in future," he said.
