Bhopal, Jul 9: On Monday, BJP party suspended one of their party leaders Pradeep Joshi for exchanging unpleasant messages with another party worker. The messages ended up gaining lot of notoriety on social media. Looking at the gravity of the situation, the party has allowed for a free and unbiased probe and stated that if found guilty, Pradeep Joshi will face severe consequences.
Once the news of the incident spread like wildfire, Congress party demanded removal of Joshi at the earliest. One of the senior ministers stated that Pradeep Joshi’s messages were upsetting and is not something a man in his position should do.
Forest minister Umang Singhar said, “BJP leaders must answer to all this. To suspend someone from the party is not the guarantee that he will not repeat the act.”
One of the Congress leaders, Pankaj Chaturvedi, called the act shameful and questioned as to why names of BJP party workers and leaders appear in such cases.
