Mangaluru: Foreign national arrested for selling MDMA drug

Mangaluru, Sep 21: CCB police have arrested four persons including a woman for carrying MDMA drug weighing 125 gram near Padil here on June 15, 2022. A case at CEN police station was registered under registration No, 54/2022 section 21.21C NDPS Act in this connection.

The police who continued investigations arrested a national of South Sudan who had sold the drug to the four persons.

The foreign national is identified as Luyel Daniel Justin Boulo alias Danny(25), son of Daniel Boulo Achar, resident of Juba, Republic of South Sudan. His current address is Narayanappa Building, House No. 106, 3rd floor, 4th cross, Ex Servicemen colony, Gunjur Palya, Varthur Hobali, Bengaluru.

He was arrested on September 21 and remanded to judicial custody.

    Visa cannot be denied if an applicant meets all requirements, including PCC from his own country. Those who come on student visa submit a bank guarantee in favour of Indian embassy or consulate.
