Beltangady: 53-year-old goes missing, complaint filed

Beltangady, Sep 29: A man who said that he is going to the town with family members, did not return home. A complaint regarding the same is filed.

Shekhara Shettigara (53), a resident of Sambolya Mane under Odilnala village limits is the person who has gone missing.

According to the complaint filed by Mohan Shettigara, son of the missing person, Shekhara said that he is going to Beltangady town while going out of house on September 21 at 9 am but did not return home since then.

All efforts to trace him went in vain as Shekhara was not found. He had gone missing on earlier occasions also and returned after two or three days. As it is nearly a week, his son filed a complaint.

Beltangady police are investigating further.
