Dubai, Oct 17: The historic and much-talked about event Nihal Tauro live concert was held on October 8 at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium Dubai organized by Precious Parties along with USWAS-Shirva. The concert was held on the occasion of 20 years of celebration of USWAS-Shirva.
The audiences rushed in as gates opened. The excitement was filled in the air and the auditorium was a house full. The mega musical extravaganza night introduced first time in UAE the Indian Idol fame and Bollywood playback singer Nihal Tauro along with Mozo Tallo Gaitholo fame Velita Lobo as singing sensation. Along with them was introduced MAD in Kudla fame stand-up comedian Arpith Indravadan.
The programme commenced by gracing with a prayer song and master of ceremony Dony and Asha Correa opened the show with a big bang welcome to the gathering. The entertainment at the dazzling event began with the amazing musical performances from popular singers of the community like Harish Sherigar, Sabitha, Navee Magundi, Joseph Mathias, Asha Maben Rego and Prasanth Sequeira. They performed a soothing medley session and paid their tribute to legendary singers which took the audiences back to the musical era of the legends time.
Further the show introduced Velita Lobo, the Melody Queen of Mangaluru. She swayed the audiences with a musical treat as she connected with them with her melodious voice and sensational performances.
Once the singing sensation Nihal Tauro entered the stage, he lifted up the mood and enthralled the music lovers of UAE with his sensational singing and mesmerizing performances. He treated his fans to an unmissable live event showcasing his highly acclaimed vocal style and fun-filled interactions.
Arpith Indravadan popularly known as MAD in Kudla was a surprise package on stage who glued the audiences on to their seats with his stand-up comedy. He was exceptional with his comic timings and rib-tickling humour. Audiences were filled with big laughs with his spontaneous banter.
Highly acclaimed local talented musicians Ramiro and team amazed the audiences with their scintillating performances and enchanted electrifying beats. Gautam Bangera and his Soul & Beats Dance Academy troupe performed and entertained the crowd during the live show with their foot tapping moves. The magnificent stage of Nihal Tauro live in concert was lit up and managed by Broadway Events and Production to entertain with their sound, lights, stage set-up, and techno audio-visuals.
As a token of honour, Nihal Tauro was felicitated on behalf of USWAS-Shirva by event sponsor Philomena Aranha from Globelink West Star Shipping along with other sponsors Nancy Quadras, Lavina Quadros, Lavina and Godwin Aranha, Joseph Mathias – MD of Merit Freight Shipping honored Nihal with Peta, shawl, flowers, fruits and honour letter. Alongside of Nihal, his father and well-known music composer Herald Tauro was also honoured by Alwyn Crasta Abu Dhabi and Simon Machado Bahrain for his contribution to music industry.
Spiritual director of Konkani Community of St Mary’s Church Dubai, Fr Victor Fernandes felicitated the sponsors of the event. President of USWAS Shirva Roshan Menezes in his speech thanked all who supported the event for its great success. Dony and Asha Correa compered the programme flawlessly and kept entertained the audience connected with the performers.
