Kasargod, May 5: A mechanic-cum-garage owner from Manjeshwar died after the autorickshaw he was driving met with an accident near Kukkar on national highway near Manjeshwar on Wednesday Maya 4.
Ganesh (30), son of Rama Moolya, residing at Nooji near Daigoli, owned a garage in Naya Bazar, Manjeshwar. After attending to the repairs of an autorickshaw that had been delivered at his garage, he had taken it to Bandyodu for servicing it. While returning to the garage, the roof of the rickshaw suddenly came off, as a result of which, Ganesh lost control over the vehicle. He got crushed under the vehicle and lost his life.
