Karnataka reports 76 fresh Covid cases, positivity rate at 3.69 percent

Bengaluru, Oct 25: Karnataka on Tuesday, October 25, reported 76 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 2,142. Bengaluru urban's single-day tally is 56.

No deaths were reported due to coronavirus in the state on Tuesday. The death toll in the state has risen to 40,254.

 

The state recorded 263 discharges from hospitals on Tuesday, taking the total discharges to 40,25,673.

So far, Karnataka has seen 40,68,111 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 3.69 %. As many as 12,04,62,784 people have received vaccination so far.
