Kundapur, Nov 6: A case is filed in Shankaranarayana police station against Sathish Shetty Hadali of Amparu village accusing him of posting derogatory comments on Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty in a WhatsApp group.

The accused was arrested and presented in court by the police and remanded to judicial custody. The accused had moved an application for bail and he was granted a conditional bail by the court. Handakunda Ashok Shetty had argued for the accused.
