Bantwal, Nov 10: “I have seen worms in the rice being supplied to the Anganwadis following complaints. It is not right for officials to say that such incidents have not occurred,” said former minister B Ramanath Rai.

“Officials should also not blame the hapless Anganwadi workers for it. The officials should take suitable action instead of playing with the lives of Anganwadi children,” he said.

Bantwal and Panemangalore block Congress presidents Baby Kunder, Sudeep Kumar Shetty and Panemangalore block youth Congress president Ibrahim Nawaz Badakabail were present.

    Across different political party lines in our state no one has ever made any attempt to fix the issue of storing, preserving and handling of grains. They do not want to fix problems. simply because if they fix then they have no topic at hand, if there is no topic or an issue then there is no opportunity to loot. More people should visit and see the situation on grains spillage& the mess at the warehouses. These politicians are only here to fool the people. As long as there are people to be fooled, they will survive

    Having worms in rice or veg or fruits means that the food product is organic and does t have much of pesticides or chemicals. Its only after spraying pesticides or chemicala that insects or worms refuse to come, and is more dangerous. Just wash and use. Dpbt make a big issue.

    Dr Kusuma Kumari Gunji MBBS DGO, Nellore Kodyadka But BJP is less corrupt than congress. They were may during your time but now ... Please visit Karnataka see the corruption happening you will know Congress may be corrupted all parties are same . But during Congress even corrupt work is to happen . But now after BJP first 40% then they concrete the road & then dig for drainage . for a again 40% What is this not corruption

    Come on ! Though I am a BJP opposer, I am not in agreement with your xhit. When you were in power , you stopped the mid day meal of children ! To us that is haraaam. That too when you could not confront your enemy like a man after roaring your promise that you will arrest him in 2 weeks you took it on innocent children. So Sir stop blaming others , you too are in the same boat. Do not try to paint picture of a Saint. Nobody buys your cxap anymore.

    Rai along with Jannanna had promised a CBI probe for Kabirs shooting in front his parents who were on the stage. I was also present amongst the crowd when Rai and Jannana roared. Kabirs parents are still waiting for the past 8 years.
