Bantwal: Man arrested for assaulting mother, elder brother

Bantwal, Nov 11: A man was arrested for stabbing mother and elder brother with sword at Negalaguli of Alike village in Vittal.

The arrested accused is Harish (25). His mother Varija and elder brother Krishnakumar are the injured persons.

Harish attacked Varija and Krishnakumar with sword as he wanted them to vacate the house in which they were living and hand over the same to him.

The injured were given first aid at Vittal government hospital and later taken to Puttur government hospital for further treatment.

    I cannot believe what I read here. The man assaulting his mother and brother for the house, probably left by his father. Mother and every child has equal right on the property left by their father. What an unworthy son !!! This animal should be behind the bar forever.
