@Ravi, But in Gujarat, it is opposite. The so called peaceful non jihadis garlanded other so called peaceful non jihadi 11 men who were convicted (proven guilty) for the gangrape of a pregnant woman and murder of 14 members of her family, including her three-year-old daughter. The still more significant thing was that they were praised for their good character upon their release. Wa namooneda janakula mukul? naachike panpuna onthe la ijji.

Many times parents are responsible for their children to indulge this kind of acts. Because when kids small they do some wrong things. Like robbing pencils, ens in school. Or fighting with other kids. But some parents never tried to correct their children. So that when kids grow they are addicted this type of acts and continue doing it. And we all know our rules are not tough enough to punish culprits.

Supply out weighs demand and they indulge in robbery, selling MDMA and what not. It is time people took population explosion seriously.

@ks mayya, What is the link between population and crime?. There are many countries with lowest population density and highest homicide rates. Why you people never propose alcohol ban before giving such baseless suggestions.

@Ganesh, Why not cut the hands?. I am sure that would be more proper than an encounter. Because, Encounter is done only when the culprits fire on the Police.
