Kundapur, Nov 21: “The cable car project from Kodachadri to Kollur Mookambika temple will be implemented soon,” said MP B Y Raghavendra.
“The team of National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) has undertaken a two-day long survey and spot inspection to finalise the DPR, blue print and to study the loopholes for approval of the DPR.”
The MP had held discussions in this connection on November 19 and he has directed the officials to implement the project soon.
MP B Y Raghavendra said that discussions will be held with the department of tourism, forest department and national highway officials to solve the loopholes and the approval for DPR will be obtained within a month, he said.
NHLML Delhi senior manager Anurag Tripati, NHLML Bengaluru manager Rina Pawar, national highway department Shivamogga’s Peer Pasha, DPR consultant Shravana Kumar, tourism department’s Guruprasad, wildlife and forest department’s Sampath Shastri, Byndoor’s Venkatesh Kini and Shivakumar were present.
