Beltangady, Nov 24: Well-known actor Naveen D Padil was injured while shooting and later hospitalised.

The actor was hit hard on the thigh while shooting for a movie at Madanthyar. Naveen is undergoing treatment in a hospital in Mangaluru.

Source said Naveen underwent surgery and has been advised rest.
