Kundapur: Byndoor is ahead in distribution of title deeds under 94C – MLA Sukumar Shetty

Kundapur, Nov 25: “Byndoor is ahead in Akrama Sakrama and distribution of title deeds. Title deeds will be distributed to the eligible on priority,” said Byndoor MLA B M Sukumar Shetty.

He was speaking in the third meeting of the Akrama Sakrama committee called at Kundapur guest house. “Title deeds are issued to 122 people. 54 files are disposed of and 850 applications are pending,” he said.

“As many as 122 people are issued title deeds at Shankaranarayana. There are still 200 applications. Those who have less land than the limit will be given priority,” he said. 3200 houses are approved in my constituency. Rooms are sanctioned for 39 schools. Houses are provided electricity under the Belaku scheme. The irrigation project for agriculture is in progress,” he said.

“Land is identified and the process of approving Rs 1,200 crores for the Cable car project through the MP is in progress. Hundreds of people will get jobs like in Goa if the Cable car gets ready,” he said.

Tahsildar Kiran Gourayya, Akrama Sakrama committee members Rajashekar, Anita R K, Byndoor BJP president Deepak Shetty and Umesh Shetty Kalgadde were present.
