Which joker thought of the idea of disposing the plastic by burning them and releasing toxins to the atmosphere? These plastics could have been sent to factories which recycle them to manufacture other plastic products.

We have been hearing about plastic ban since 2015. Aren't you advising factories not to produce carry bags which are banned? Second important thing is to make available alternate economical or free paper bags like More. Poor management is noted.
