Mangalore, May 24: The city-based Karavali College will hold Job Fair – 2011 at their College campus, NH 17, Kottara Chowki here from Friday May 27 to Saturday May 28.
The job fair will cover different fields such as banking, engineering, BPO, KPO, IT, computer, insurance, automobile sales, marketing, auditing, ITES, logistics, pharmaceuticals, telecommunication, manufacturing, designing and garment industry, building, interior designing etc, said Ganesh Rao, chairman, Karavali Group of Colleges.
L & T, Infotech, Mphasis, Robo Soft Technologies, HDFC, ICICI, Lombard, Tata Motors, CareerNet, IDBI, Pantaloons, Lifestyle, ICICI Prudential, Bajaj Allianz, Maruti Suzuki, Suvasu Solutions, Axix Bank, Future Generali, Future Group, Reliance Money, Star, Winman Software, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Ocean Pearl, Ford, Diya Systems and Goldfinch are among 100 reputed companies participating in the Job Fair to fill 5,000 posts.
In all 15,000 job seekers are likely to participate in the Job Fair – 2011:
The students of Mangalore University, Kuvempu University, Dharwad University, Vishveshwarayya Techonology University and Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences will participate in the Job Fair, besides students from across Mangalore taluk, Udupi, Shimoga, Chikmagalur, Hassan, Kodagu and Kasargod districts.
