Mangaluru, Dec 23: Ladyhill Victoria High School celebrated Christmas on December 23, with great joy and enthusiasm. The students of 8th D hosted the programme.

The programme was presided over by Sr Rosemarie as the chief guest. The programme started with the lighting of lamp ceremony by the Sr Rosemarie, headmistress Sr Grace, Tr Irene and school pupil leader Simone D'Souza.

The gathering was welcomed by the graceful dancers of 8th D by their dance and Charishma R expressed the words of welcome. The importance of the day was displayed through a PPT and a skit titled 'Birth of Christ'.

 

A quiz was also conducted related to the theme of Christmas. The programme ended with singing of carols and Santa Clause distributing sweets to the students. The chief guest Sr Rosemarie captured the attention of all the students through a thought provoking message.

Finally, Yathika expressed the words of gratitude. Christmas sweets were distributed to all the students by the headmistress.
