Kasargod: Two students die on spot in motorcycle-bike collision

Kasargod, Jan 13: Two students died in an accident between motorcycle and school bus that occurred at Miyapadavu near Manjeshwar on Friday January 13.

The deceased are identified as Preetesh Shetty (21), son of Harish, a resident of Miyapadavu Darbe and Abhishek M (21), son of Bejjangala Suresh.

The accident occurred near Baliyoor in Miyapadavu. The students were on their way to college when the head-on collision occurred. Both died on the spot.

Manjeshwar police are on the spot and are investigating further.

    Young blood does not have most needed control on many occasions... School bus may not be at fault as it follows strict traffic rules... Boys must have zoomed at high speed and lost control... Useful young lives perished due to fate... RIP to their souls and may God bless strength upon parents & kin...
