Lack of education and knowledge. When work in going on, how suddenly the train came?? Meaningless. There is a clear rules that the speed of the train must slow down. The railway department and Railway minister is responsible for this loss of life of poor worker. The victims family must demand for railway ministers resignation. Then only our politicians will know the responsibility.
