Lohan Granted Restraining Order from Online Stalker

London, Jun 10 (IANS): Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan granted two-year restraining order against the man she exposed as a "stalker" online.

Lohan posted a surveillance video grab of the stalker David Cocordan, whom she claimed had been threatening to kill her on her website in May this year.

A temporary restraining order was then issued against Cocordan on May 19. However Los Angeles judge ordered him to stay away from the the actress and stop trying to contact her until 2013, reports daikystar.co.uk.

However Lohan did not appear in court for the hearing as she is currently serving a 120-day jail sentence under house arrest after breaking the terms of her 2007 probation on a DUI charge.
