Bantwal, Feb 20: The village stay by the tahsildar was held in Karpe village, Sangabettu gram panchayat limits here on Monday, February 20.

Bantwal tahsildar Dayananda K S, inaugurating the programme, said that the grama vastavya (village stay) is being held to know the issues of people and they should make the most of the programme.

Sangabettu gram panchayat president Sathish Poojay Alakke presided over the programme. Gram panchayat vice president Vimala Mohan and PDO Padma Naika were on the dais.

Officers of various departments in Bantwal took part.

Revenue inspector Janardhan welcomed. Assistant tahsildar Navin Benjanapadav compered the programme. The tahsildar received grievances later.
