Udupi police return 34 mobile phones to lost, theft complainants

Udupi, Mar 30: The district police have successfully traced and handed over the 34 recovered stolen and lost mobile phones to their respective owners.

Under various cases reported in Udupi district jurisdiction, the district police have traced 34 lost phones.

Udupi district police commissioner has requested the public to report the theft and missing of mobile phones to the nearest police stations at the earliest.

Anybody whose mobile phone is lost or stolen can utilise KSP mobile app service and register an e-lost complaint for blocking their mobile phone. It helps in preventing such lost/stolen phones from being used by criminals.

Also using CEIR Portal they can be traced and handed over," he said.
