Bantwal, Apr 15: BJP candidate from Bantwal constituency, Rajesh Naik filed his nomination after offering pooja at Polali Rajarajeshwari temple walking in the company of thousands of activists at B C Road Adalitha Soudha on Saturday April 15.
Rajesh Naik couple offered prayers with B Farm and nomination documents in the morning. The activists holding BJP banners shouted slogans for the victory of Rajesh Naik.

“I understood that the door for the victory of Rajesh Naik was opened when I saw thousands of activists coming out from Polali Rajarajeshwari temple,” said minister Kota Srinivas Poojary. He was addressing a large number of party activists gathered during the filing of nomination by Bantwal BJP candidate Rajesh Naik. “Visit houses and campaign for votes in the future,” he said to them.
“There are efforts by Prime Minister Modi for an able, prosperous and confident nation. Let us make BJP candidate Rajesh Naik win by joining our hands for the country,” he said.
“MLA Rajesh Naik was responsible for people to live peacefully in Bantwal. They live across religion and caste. It is the duty of every voter to elect Rajesh Naik again for harmony in the constituency. I request that it should be a constituency of gold,” he said.
“BJP government has given hundreds of schemes for the people. The government has provided Kisan Samman scheme, Sandhya Suraksha scheme, education and health facilities and made girls of poor families Bhagya Laxmi,” he said.
MLA Rajesh Naik thanked the activists who walked with him from Polali and gave him strength during the filing of nomination. “I am grateful to the people of the constituency who gave their love, trust, faith and cooperation and encouraged tapping my back for the last ten years. The party has given me another opportunity. I am filing the nomination on the basis of belief and confidence of the people. Please elect me,” he requested.
