Mangaluru, May 11: A youth who was accused of abetting the suicide of model Preksha two years ago in Kumpala's Ashraya Colony, ended his life by hanging himself late night on Wednesday, May 10.
The deceased is identified as Yatiraj Gatti (20), a resident of Kutharu Mundoli.
At 11 pm on Wednesday, he hanged himself to iron hooks at his aunt's sit-out situated right behind his home. When Yathiraj's uncle went looking for the former, this act came to light.

All the members of the family immediately chopped off the noose around Yathiraj's neck when the Ullal police visited the spot who took the body for post-mortem.
