Bengaluru, May 24: Chief minister (CM) Siddaramaiah declared that no moral policing will be encouraged or allowed in the state.

Chairing a meeting of senior police officials at Vidhana Soudha here on Tuesday, May 23, in the evening he directed officials to strict action against hooligans who disturb harmony in society.

He also directed police officials to monitor social media posts which spread misinformation which might lead to law and order issues.

After the meeting, CM Siddaramaiah said the government will end all kinds of moral policing. He said the police force should be citizen friendly and take complaints with courtesy at all the police stations.

At least someone spoke against moral policing. Let it be anyone, suitable action should be initiated irrespective of political affiliation, religion, money power, caste. No one has right to take law into their hands. There is law, courts to decide.

Er are in 21st Century but BJP/Modi tried to change the country into a communal place.took “Good government is one of the most important factors in economic growth and social wellbeing” “The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government.

What an historical step which has been taken in the right direction! for the last 10 years, BJP almost destroyed secular, democratic values of free India, with his arrogant, irrational thoughts because he is practicing indirect dictatorship to promote his Hindu righting ideology on the pretext of Hindutva. We Kannadigas are extremely impressed by this movement, enough bloodshed has already been spilled in community. “Good government is one of the most important factors in economic growth and social wellbeing.” “The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government. May God give strength, determination and good heal & vision to to provide good governance throughout your tenure.
