Romeo Santos's "You" remained in second place on the list, while "Give Me Everything", by Pitbull with Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer, climbed from fourth to third.
"Ven a bailar", a Jennifer Lopez tune featuring Pitbull, dropped back one spot to fourth on Billboard Latin Songs, which is based on radio airplay.
"Te amo y te amo", by La Adictiva Banda San Jose de Mesillas, held steady at No. 5 for the third consecutive week.
Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Luis Fonsi's new CD, "Terra Firme", likewise remained atop the Billboard list of top-selling Latin Albums, and Prince Royce's self-titled disc retained the second spot.
Mexico's Reik debuted at No. 3 with "Peligro", bumping the latest from compatriots Mana, "Drama y luz" down to fourth.
