London, Jul 17 (IANS): American Rapper Obie Trice is mourning the death of his mother. Elanore Trice died of breast cancer.
"My mum was always in my corner and her presence will be missed tremendously. I'm more determined than ever to ensure I not only impact the music industry but also my community, just as she expected," contactmusic.com quoted the 33-year-old as saying.
Trice has used his mother's name in a number of his tracks including "Don't Come Down", which featured on his debut album "Cheers". It was released in 2003.
