Bengaluru, Jun 26: BMS Institute of Technology (BMSIT) and BMS School of Agriculture (BMSSA) hosted its annual techno-cultural and sports fest on June 23. The first day of the massive fest with around 5000 footfall included events from four genres that is cultural, technical, literary and sports.
The notable chief guests for the day included Santhosh Aryan, actor, Niranjan Deshpande, anchor, Radio jockey, Ragini Prajwal, actress, modal, who graced the inaugural ceremony and Kavitha Gowda, actress and Chandan Kumar, actor graced the event by being the judges for the Fashion show competition.
An event to talk about majorly is 'THE ROAR' where numerous supercars and super bikes showed off their rides by revving. The event was graced by DL Venugopal Naidu, entrepreneur, owner of 6th Gear as the guest.
The delightful day ended with a Grand Fashion show where students displayed their spectacular costumes during a ramp walk. Some technical events to note are Valorant and Call of duty which really piqued a gamer’s interest. Sports events included gully cricket and Table Tennis where major sportsmanship and participation was witnessed.
The campus hosted around 15 stalls which included eateries, merchandise, tattoo stands and more which energized the crowd for the whole day. It was the first day which ended with energy and enthusiasm.
