Mangaluru: Stranded Bengaluru youth rescued in Ullal Beach by Shivaji Jeeva Rakshaka Dala

Mangaluru, Jun 29: A youth from Bengaluru, who had come on an excursion with two friends to Ullal Beach was successfully rescued from the perilous sea by members of the Shivaji Jeeva Rakshaka Dala.

The stranded youth, identified as Nizam (35) from Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, was facing the danger of being washed away by the huge waves. He was rescued through the joint efforts of the Mogaveerapatna Shivaji Jeeva Rakshaka Dala members, including Vikram Putran, Shravan, Dikshit Bangera, Dikshit Chandan, Nishanth, Rakshit Bangera, Ravi Kanchan, and home guards staff Prasad Suvarna, who were present at the scene.

This incident occurred when the three friends visited the Darga and later decided to go on an excursion to Ullal Beach.

Due to the high tide, Nizam found himself stranded in the sea, while the other two friends remained on the shore.

The Ullal station police have registered a complaint regarding the incident.
