It is the rainy season and it will definitely rain; just imagine it has just started raining since a week and the condition in this Smart 🤓 City is so pathetic (float city) because of the lackadaisical attitude of the authorities and their oversmart advisors; don't expect much improvement in the situation in the future unless experts are given independent charge to tackle the water logging menace; in such a situation it's advisable to changeover the vacation from summer vacation to rainy vacation instead of going on declaring holidays; IMHO, students of 10th class and above should be able to take adequate care of themselves and do not require holidays!!
