A year ago a big group of stray cattle in Goa had become nonveg and started devouring left over food, dumped in the bins, from nearby hotels; after taking them to gaushala, they were refusing to eat veg food; vets had a tough time to make them normal!

Control cattle population. If you can't shelter your cattle or any domestic/per animals, don't own them in the first place. So many tragic incidents involving cattle and stray dogs. ( Also sorry for the homo sapiens involved).

Primary cause is road and trafic dpt. Considering all these invisible dangers. There should be provision of street lights on road. Why r they not providing lights everywher. That helps driver to move carefuly.

Because of beef ban barren cattle, which are a burden, are left by the owners to fend for themselves; these strays are a big hazard to motorists and pedestrians; high time the administration looks into the matter and takes corrective action!

These stray cattle, which have become barren are left to fend for themselves because they are a burden on the owner; this has started after the beef ban! Stray cattle pose immense danger to pedestrians and motorists!!

Traffic Police should be given "Chatees" (whipping Cords) to drive away cattle. This duty should be included in their scope of work.

On a long distance highway how many chatee weilding police can you deploy; plus there is no guarantee that the same stray does not return back to the roadside in some time!

Three reasons . Cattle owners leave the cattle in the night & these cattle sleep on the roads where the visible is low sometimes you cant se them as some catlles are black in color specially Manson season its very dangerous . While driving form Kundapur to Honavar the amount of cattle's on the road is nuisance , Second May be drunken drive 3.30am after a party third . May be Dr was rushing to hospital for an emergency case , Bottom line : Drive carefully & be caution during Manson's

These cattle are totally abandoned by their owners hence they roam around freely day and night in search of food and night time prefer to rest on the roads!

Stray cattle appear suddenly; so, even if you are driving slowly chances of mishaps are always there; good old bullock carts are much safer!!
