Mangaluru, Jul 10: ‘Bhandary Vertica’, a 56-storey high rise that is slated to be the tallest sky villa in South India, is coming up in the city. A large-scale residential project by Bhandary Builders, one of Mangaluru’s top real estate companies, will establish a new standard for a life of luxury and exclusivity.

Due to the high level security in Bhandary Vertica, admission is only permitted by residents' security IDs or biometric scans.

Each homeowner's floor is their personal space. The lifts are tailored and uniquely designed to take the homeowner exactly to the floor where his or her residence is located. Residents of one floor are not permitted to enter another floor unless they get permission from the owner of that floor via the app. Similar to this, visitors or housekeeping personnel can only enter a home with permission from the owner via the app. It is a requirement for visitors and guests to the villa to follow when they plan to leave. In the event of a delay, the app will notify the security personnel as well as the property owner, who must then input the guest's new departure time.

The app will be updated with all of the housekeeping staff's information. Their movements will be monitored, and following a biometric check, they can move on to the next step at any time. There is a facility to temporarily or permanently prohibit housekeeping personnel if they cause any trouble.

Residents can quickly and easily pay their electricity bill and maintenance charges with the Sky Villa Mobile App. The homeowners will be given regular updates on the villament through notifications.

Parking facility

In this upscale project, valet parking is being offered for the first time in Mangaluru. The facility will be accessible from 6 am to 10 pm. The crew will immediately park the car in the designated spot once the homeowner arrives. In a similar manner, the automobile will be made available at the building entrance at the departure time specified by the owner in the app for the owner’s convenience.

Immediate alert

Residents only need to alert the emergency provision on the app in the event of a health emergency and all entrance points will be maintained open with the elevator also stopping directly at the lobby.

Cleaning facility

The housekeeping company assigned to this project will make the necessary arrangements right away if the owner of a home requests that the house be entirely or partially cleaned before their arrival while they are away from home, on vacation, or on a tour. During the cleaning procedure, the company will be in charge of protecting all the household items.

Geo-fencing

Geo-fencing has been set up to secure the entire property. The security staff are alerted right away in the event where someone or something is trespassing.
