London, Jul 29 (IANS): Singer Rihanna is all set to make her movie debut with director Peter Berg's "Battleship".
The singer has made a brief appearance in the trailer for "Battleship", which stars Alexander Skarsgard, Brooklyn Decker and Liam Neeson, contactmusic.com reports.
Talking about her role Rihanna said: "She's really tough, she doesn't stand for anything. I just know my weapons really, really well. She's really intelligent, but really bad a**."
The singer, who spent three months filming in Baton Rouge and Hawaii, will be seen performing a number of stunts in the film.
"She dove off the deck, slammed herself on a metal grate, grabbed an actor and dragged him back to the raft. Then she looked up at me and had this big smile on her face - she did it all better than the stuntwoman! There's definitely not a confidence issue with Rihanna," said Berg.
"Battleship" is slated for a May 18, 2012 release.
