Udupi college toilet video row: Do not jump to conclusions based on rumours - Khushbu Sundar

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (JD)

Udupi, Jul 27: Khushbu Sundar, a member of the NCW, urged the public not to draw hasty conclusions based on rumours and to wait for official information from the authorities.

Speaking to the media after a four-hour-long discussion and an examination of the incident's details, Kushbhu even visited the washroom where the alleged incident took place. During the briefing, she emphasized that no information can be disclosed until the investigation process is complete. The mobile phones related to the case have already been handed over to the forensic department, and the data provided by them will serve as crucial evidence.

Khushbu stated that the NCW will thoroughly investigate the case based on the complaint sent to them. She dispelled the rumours of hidden cameras in the toilet, asserting that false videos are circulating, and emphasized the need to wait for concrete evidence before reaching any conclusions. The NCW will continue to collaborate with the police department to expedite the investigation and arrive at a resolution soon. She added, "I am not here to provide any sensational news; this case is not something that can be quickly resolved. Patience is required."

Khushbu declined to share information regarding her next visit in relation to the case.

If one could go back to the entire sequence of the incident, it is pre meditated & executed at the behest of the hidden group, who are using political parties, students to destabilize the government and create unrest in the society. Investigating agency should find out the brain , who have used these 3 girls of one community against another community to film the video of the toilet.while using it. Definitely, toilet is used by all students irrespective of so called community/religion.

It's good that she told the truth about the fake videos being circulated. But it's sad that she or other members of NCW have not visited Manipur and enquired about the gang-rapes of women in the ethnic violence there, which everyone knows has happened. The parading of women naked, open molestation on camera and gang-rapes have put humanity to shame. But the BJP is keeping quiet becoz it's happened in a state ruled by them. If it had happened in a state ruled by any opposition party, the governor; central home ministry ; and NCW would have created a big issue out of it and demanded resignation of the CM.

Kushboo Sundar's comment on the Udupi college toilet video row is a timely reminder for all of us. In today's digital age, information spreads rapidly, and rumors can take center stage before the truth is unveiled. It is crucial not to jump to conclusions solely based on rumors. We must exercise patience and wait for verified information and official investigations before forming opinions or passing judgment. Responsible reporting and discerning the facts are vital in maintaining a fair and just society. Let's prioritize truth and accuracy to avoid unnecessary harm and ensure justice prevails. While it is understandable that people may have questions and concerns about Kushboo's actions or decisions, it's essential to remember that public figures often have multiple responsibilities and commitments. As an individual, Kushboo may have her reasons for not visiting Manipur, and it is not fair to make assumptions or judgments without knowing the full context. Addressing such sensitive and distressing incidents requires thoughtful consideration and empathy. Instead of focusing on one individual's actions, let's come together as a society to condemn such heinous acts and advocate for justice and support for the victims. It is crucial to direct our energy towards raising awareness about violence against women, supporting survivors, and working towards creating a safer and more respectful environment for all. Engaging in constructive conversations and supporting initiatives that address the root causes of such incidents can bring about positive change and contribute to building a more compassionate and just society...

When matter is with cops it is the duty of the citizens to seek fair probe and punishment to the guilty. But certian low lifes are so desperate to play down, calling it fake, prank, to be handled only by college management what not.. Futher say what about MANIPUR what about 2002 what about 1947. such shameless bcz for them it is no big deal even if happens with their own. But then what if the roles are reversed, with purpetrarors being H and victims M? It would have been a breaking national issue for weeks, Mudi Rezine will be heard even by even beggrr country paxtan. What happening in Manipur is not another case, more 150 killed god knows how rapes, 300 + church destroyed is not serious enough for you and your kind

BTW, just for information, with the easy availability of different types of micro cams some of which can be even fixed on the shirt pocket, taking clandestine pictures has become an easy affair for perverts extortionists, rogues, and those with vested interests; this commonly happens in lodges (mostly in rural areas), and small hotels, malls, and other public places as reported in the newspapers on a regular basis!

So What from my side is Self Respect is there for every human being. I'm not forgetting anything . Why you thinking about revenges and all god knows. May be your mind stick on revenges, just come out of that and comment please. My question is if your message only related to this part of state or your looking to whole Country means Our India also? If I am not mistaken, all educational institutions come under UGC rules, and any issues which cannot be suspected to have a criminal background are settled by the college committee and associated people as prescribed by the UGC rules! In this case, even the SP of the district gave a clean chit in a public press conference explaining what investigation they have done, along with the head of the particular institution! Despite that some vested interests are trying to keep the issue alive and drag it on to divert the attention of the educated but gullible people of this place from other serious issues! Next someone will ask for a higher probe.... and so on and so forth!! The above is a personal opinion based on the news available in public domain; kindly do your own research!

Let's check the root cause... it was which party who let the the demography change in east India just for the sake of votes.? It is all happening because wrongs committed all these years are now trying to be set right. The Kukis militant wing who are the potential trouble makers in the region have got massive external agencies support. With the help of Nagas , the Kukis always attack Meitis. So this time , there was a massive retaliation. So as always when they receive it in the rear, they play the victim card. Its not BJP or RSS or Modi. The Congress wants to politicize this .
