Mangaluru, Aug 3: Coastalwood blockbuster movie ‘Girgit’ fame actress Shilpa Shetty has changed her name to Ruhani Shetty.
Ruhani Shetty made her debut in Tulu film ‘Girgit’ under the direction of Roopesh Shetty. She was then known as Shilpa Shetty.
Speaking to Daijiworld about the reason behind to change her name to Ruhani Shetty, she said, “The numbers of name Shilpa does not suit my birth date and zodiac sign. Apart from it, the name Shilpa Shetty already exists in the Indian film industry.”
