Mumbai, Aug 9: The Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor combination that has never worked at the box office so far is all set to break the jinx with the soon-to-release 'Bodyguard'.
Even though both the stars are leading actors in the Hindi film industry, the combo of the two has been disasterous. A prominent film maker said, "It is surprising that the hottest superstars in the business today haven't managed to deliver a success so far".
While in 'Kyun ki' Salman palyed the role of a lover boy who went into a mental asylum. The audience however, did not seem to like the tragic ending where Kareena herself becomes an inmate of the same asylum, 'Main Aurr Mrs Khanna' showed absolute lack of chemistry between the two.
Hopefull, the duo survives from such a jinx with the upcoming movie - 'Bodyguard' produced by Atul Agnihotri.
