Puttur, Aug 28: A man, who made a video in which he accused that he has been assaulted without any reason, before consuming poison on August 22, succumbed on Sunday August 27 at a hospital in Mangaluru.
The deceased is identified as Abdul Nasir, a resident of Kattattaru Nidyana.
Before consuming poison, Abdul made a video and said, “I am working as car driver at a house near Bellare. I have been assaulted there without any reason. Hence, I am killing myself.”
Abdul had shared the video on social media, which went viral. Later, Abdul consumed poison near Puttur railway station and he was hospitalised.
