MOST distressing news -- however Forest Dept with all their expertise possibly took lightly -- animal behavior -- --especially when injured and anyone inflicting injury -- like the planned dart - to administer anaesthesia-- Possibly was too close and could have tried to inject from rear or out of the visibility of the animal -- sideways -- or tree top -- This tragedy happened since he was face to face -- with and closeness was most vulnerable -- Great tragedy for the family -- RIP --
