The auto rickshaw was overloaded with passengers. Then this stupid driver was driving at high speed, that too on a steep slope. Total negligence of safety.

Going a little bit interior from the city limits overloading passenger vehicles including buses is very very common as nobody is bothered, including the passengers! BTW, an accident is an accident no matter what is the cause?

Mangalore has become a very dangerous place for driving vehicles especially two and three wheelers, pedestrians also are not safe and spared; it's becoming the accident capital of the country if one goes by the number of fatal accidents versus city size and density!!
