Kundapur: Player Collapses in Volleyball Court

Kundapur, Aug 17: Suresh Kulal (26), a native of Marvi village near Shankaranarayana in the taluk, lost his life while playing volleyball with his friends in his village. The incident occurred on the evening of Monday August 15.

Kulal collapsed while in the court and became unconscious. His friends took him to Haladi hospital nearby. The treatments given at the hospital failed to revive him, and he breathed his last.

A case was registered in this connection at Shankarnarayana police station.
