Ponda, Aug 18: Omkar Nagueshkar of Bandora won the Antruz Mhal photography competition organized by Vidhya Vrudhi Saunstha in collaboration with Photojournalist Association Goa at Kids Nest hall here at santa cruz recently.
Pranav Athalye of Dhavali bagged the second place while Vinod Naik of Warbhat bgeed the 3rd place.
Rohan Naik of Panaji-Goa won jury consolation prize in the competition.
Yeshwantrao Chawan of Maharashtra open university was the chief guest and Vishwasrao Dempo was the guest of honour.
A total of 67 photos were displayed for the competition, which were judged by jury members appointed by Photojournalist Association Goa.
Regional director of Goa Dadasaheb More,chairperson of Ponda Municipal Council Kishore Naik, Rajesh and Yatish Dempo of Dempo group of companies,chairman of VVS Uday Dangui and director of Kids Nest Ruki Dangui among others were present.
