Kadaba: Gram panchayat takes out ‘arrest’ order of domestic animals left on public road

Daijiworld Media Network – Kadaba (MS)

Kadaba, Oct 9: In a bizarre order taken out by the Kadaba gram panchayat (GP), domestic animals that are left on road will be arrested.

The reason behind this order is the several number of accidents that have taken place in Kadaba town due to domestic animals like cow and goats wandering on streets.

Most of the domestic animal owners leave their animals to graze in the morning or tie them to some electric pole. This has caused many fall accidents of two wheelers in Kadaba. In addition, the cows graze in agricultural fields of some other person and that also has resulted in verbal arguments and fights.

Now according to the order of the panchayat, all citizens are asked not to tie their cows, sheep and goats to the electricity poles or leave them to wander on public roads or fields. It has warned that the animals will be taken into custody of the panchayat and the owners will be fined too.

Two wheeler riders are happy as the panchayat has passed this order. Though this order looks bit bizarre it is taken out for a good cause say the citizens.

This type of Law should be a Legislation and a Law in the whole of India to penalize the owners of Cows, Bulls, Buffaloes, and Goats who leave them anywhere out of their own land and home, so that these animals do not meet with accidents and people on the roads too do not meet with unforeseen accidents. Such stray animals are a hazard on the roads. Religious sentiments should not be entertained in light of the safety of the animals and people in general.

A very great decision by the kadaba gram panchayat. It is really a great nuisance by the people who are rearing cows and goats, these people literally leave them on the road for grazing. These animals movements cannot be predicted causing accidents which sometimes leads to tussle and many times to great fights ,many times it is observed that these animals destroy the plants, vegetables, garden.Hence all the gram panchyat should pass this order to the releif of the villagers and the general public
