Sullia, Oct 23: A van overturned at Palthadu Manikkara of Kolthige village near Savanoor. Passengers travelling in the van were injured and were admitted to hospital in Sullia.
The passengers in the van were returning after attending a marriage function at Alanthadka near Palthadu and were returning to Eshwaramangala.
There were 19 passengers in the van. It is learnt that all were recovering in the hospital.
As the van fell across the road after overturning, traffic got blocked on Bellare-Puttur Road for more than two hours.
Bellare police station personnel visited the spot and cleared the vehicle for smooth traffic movement.
