Beltangady, Oct 30: Fight over a trivial issue between father and son ended up in the death of the son at Ujire, late in the night on Sunday October 29.

Jagadish Achari (31), son of Krishnaiah Achari (75), created some ruckus on Sunday night, when Krishnaiah was sleeping. An enraged Krishnaiah stabbed his son with an old knife that he had kept in the
cupboard.

Jagadish was initially taken to a private hospital in Ujire and later to the government hospital of Beltangady. He was declared dead at the hospital.

Krishnaiah who killed Jagadish is in police custody now. He has two daughters and five sons.

    Horrible ,so tragic.Now can krishnaiah sleep without disturbence.Why all this with knife or hammer should come when family members talk between themselves´Cant one speak without hatred or without weapons?Hope he realised what he did.Heartfelt sympathy to rest of family members.May his soul rest in peace.

    Weekly 2-3 these s type of incidents we read. Like son killing father, husband killing wife, son killing mother etc. All from hateVedike, thotte Dal, ghutka Sene. Why these organisations reform youths instead of teaching hate.!
