Bantwal: Public Felicitation for Retired Shirestedar Kunhikannan Baburaj

Bantwal, Aug 29: “Honouring an honest government officer in recognition of his service is a commendable act,” said MLA B Ramanath Rai.

He was speaking at the felicitation programme held for judiciary department retired Shirastedar Kunhikannan Baburaj at Lions Seva Mandir, B C Road, on Saturday August 27.


“The public felicitation has proved how honest government employees are appreciated of their efficiency and courteous service,” added Rai.  Former MLA Padmanabha Kottari presided over the programme.

District Lok Adalat chairman K Radhakrishna Holla, department of Parliamentary affairs and legislation joint secretary Richard Lobo, Karnataka regional Raita Sangh president B Vasu Gatti, and government employees Association district president H Sanjeev, S N Nayak were present on the dais.

Lawyer Satish welcomed the gathering while lawyer Ashwin Kumar read the felicitation letter.  Madwaraj Kalmady proposed the vote of thanks.
