Kasargod: Fire fighting personnel rescue woman, daughter trapped in ATM vestibule

Kasaragod, Nov 14: The fire fighting personnel rescued a young woman and her daughter who got stuck in an ATM vestibule in Kasaragod. The personnel cut the door open and rescued both the woman and the child.

Ramla (35), a resident of Eriyal and her daughter Zainaba (8) were the persons who went inside an ATM vestibule of a Kasaragod cooperative bank to withdraw money and got trapped inside as the doors got locked.

 

The woman created a ruckus and raised an alarm as she along with her daughter were unable to get out. People who were nearby informed the police who reached the spot.

The police then called the fire fighting force who rescued the woman and the child. The fire fighters rescued the two by cutting the door open with a saw.
