Kasargod: Hotelier's car found on bridge - Suspected to have jumped into river

Kasargod, Nov 24: Kasargod police and fire brigade personnel are currently conducting a search operation under the suspicion that the car belonging to a hotel owner was found on a bridge and might have jumped into the river.

Meanwhile, B M Husainar (46), the owner of a hotel at Chandragiri Junction in Kasargod, has been reported missing.

An eyewitness informed the police that around six o'clock in the morning, he arrived in a car, removed his slippers, and jumped into the river.

    Due to covid, most of the hoteliers have incurred lot of loss and they are not in a position to pay EMI on their loan. While taking loan, they may have mortgaged their house or hotel. The word mortgage comes from a French word, which means "Death Contract".

    I feel Chandragiri bridge is a becoming a suicide spot. Lile Ullal bridge in Mangaluru we must provide a suicide prevention barrier here, In modern day life people are busy and tension makes them to do many things, Please do not end your life There is no problem that can not be solved in life through dialogues and talks, Always share your sorrows with good people who shall help you
