Bad 'Mausam' Delays Shooting Schedules

Mumbai, Sep 2: With incessant downpour, the film makers of ‘Mausam’ have been facing setbacks for the last few days.

The continuous rains have also messed up the shooting schedules of the film’s leading actors namely Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.

When the duo reached the venue where they were scheduled to do promotional interviews at Andheri last week, they found waterlogging almost knee deep. However, the venue got shifter to a much drier stop later.

Also the area around the studio where the two were supposed to go in for dubbing was water-logged. As the venue could not be shifted this time, the actors had to literally wade through the water to reach the studio.

Director Pankaj kapoor said, “Mausam has been playing hide-and-seek with us from day one of shooting. From the start, we didn’t get the kind of weather we wanted. In fact, it always went into extreme climate zones. And we were told that this was happening for the first time in several years.”

Weather has not exactly co-operated with the crew as they got to face the coldest winter Punjab has ever faced in 15 years where they wanted to catch the early winter and mist.

The crew then went to Scotland later and even though it was supposed to be springtime there, they were welcomed with heavy rains there too!
